Reserveer directWe vragen je voorafgaand aan de activiteiten de gekochte vouchers te tonen. Dit kan (bij voorkeur) via de telefoon of middels een geprinte voucher.

Zoals benoemd in de voorwaarden van jouw deal zijn de start- en eindtijd van de activiteiten vooraf bepaald en kunnen niet worden gewijzigd.
Kom je niet opdagen? Dan worden de voucher automatisch verzilverd en kun je niet meer gebruik maken van de vouchers.
Ben je plotseling verhinderd? Hiervoor gelden de annuleringsvoorwaarden van Social Deal en zijn wij dus niet voor aansprakelijk.
Wij hanteren een boekingstermijn van twee dagen. LET OP! Bij het boeken worden de reguliere tarieven weergegeven. Wanneer je jouw ontvangen kortingscode invoert bij stap 3 wordt de korting verrekend.
